Is the .htm extension the only way to upload? (2 posts)

I can not seem to load the page that I created in Freeway. I have been able to load pages from other programs that I can name with index.htm but freeway insists on adding .freeway to the end of it. I have gone into the file afterwards and removed the .freeway but it still isn't loading.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Hi,

I believe that Freeway stores pages in its own special format, and that is why they have the .freeway extension.

While we are not familiar with Freeway, from looking at the manual for it, I believe in order to use Fetch to upload pages created in Freeway, you would need to follow the instructions for "upload files using File Copy" in Freeway to export your pages in normal HTML format, and then upload the pages that creates.

However, I have not tried this myself, and if this does not work, you should probably contact Freeway support for further advice.

    Thanks,
