"Fetch could not open the folder "" because the FTP server ecountered an error accessing a file or folder."

This is the first time I am trying to connect to this directory, as this is a new site. I can still connect to my other website's directories fine. However, for this site, it isnt even displaying the folders in the root directory put there by the host. Help!

    Hi,

It looks like your account is configured incorrectly, so that you do not have permission to view any of the folders in it.

You should contact the company or people who run the server and ask them to look into the problem and fix it; this is not a Fetch problem or one that Fetch can solve.

Please let us know if you have further questions after talking to them.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
