In the New Connection dialog box, what does "add to keychain' mean? Sorry, I couldn't find this in the help section on the web site.

    Hi,

The keychain is a feature of Mac OS X that allows secure storage of passwords, so that you don't have to type them in each time. If you check the "Add to keychain" box, from then on your password for that server and username will be automatically entered for you.

For more information about the keychain, see the Keychain support topic in Fetch Help (or click on the link here).

By the way, all the help that appears on the web is also available directly in the Fetch application, and when you access it using the Fetch application, you can search it, making it easier to find what you're looking for. Choose Help > Fetch Help in the Fetch application to do this.

Please let us know if you have more questions about the keychain or anything else. Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
