  I'm new to fetch and trying to figure out how to upload a large PDF (11.5 mb) for a client to download.

  I have compressed it with stuffit (making it 10.9 mb) and uploaded it to my site using fetch, but I keep getting an error code 403 saying I don't have permission to access the file on this server.

  Any ideas how I can get the file to upload? Not sure what I am doing?

  Hi Annie,

  I'd like to make sure that I understand the problem correctly.

  You have uploaded the file successfully to your website, but when you try to access it using a web browser, you get an error, is that correct?

  Do you have other files on the server that you can access successfully (such as, webpages)?
