    Hi,

In order to best answer your question, we need some additional information.

Which version of Fetch are you using, and which version of Mac OS are you using?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

At the very least, you should try updating to Fetch 4.0.3 and see if that fixes the problem for you. Fetch 4.0.3 is a free update to Fetch 4.0.1. You can find it on our downloads page.

But even better would be to give our current version, Fetch 5.6, a try, and then upgrade to it if it works. Fetch 4 is eight years old, and Mac OS X has changed a lot in the past 8 years; so we do not recommend using Fetch 4 on Mac OS X 10.5 and later. You can find a download link to Fetch 5.6 on the downloads page as well. It is a $10 upgrade for registered users of Fetch 4, but you can try it for free for 15 days.

You can learn more about what's new in Fetch 5.6 by looking at the Fetch product page.

If you still experience the problem with Fetch 5.6, please let us know, and we'll investigate further.

    Thanks,
