    Licenced 3.0 and want upgrade to 4 but I changed email addy since I regestered. I tried to send in a form to explain and I cant afford to pay twice so can i get the Serial Number for upgrade?

    Form asks for Name Licence # and Email can I just put in my new email cause my old one wont work anymore. Or must it be the same as when regestered. I changed isp?

    Do you still have the email receipt from your original order? If so you can find the serial number information there. Otherwise send your old and new email addresses to support@fetchsoftworks.com and I'll send you the serial number.

    I do not have an email copy stored anymore, However

    From Snail mail I have a license Agreement Number
    is that what you mean?

    If so what do i do now?
