    Hi,

    When you say that you cannot see the files, do you mean you do not see them in Fetch, or you do not see them on your website?

    Thanks for the transcript, but we'd like a little more information to help figure out what's going on.

    Could you please do the following? Quit Fetch, open Fetch again, connect to the server, click the Refresh button, and then post a new transcript?

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks for the additional information. Try the following:

    * Choose Preferences from the Fetch menu.
    * Click the Miscellaneous tab.
    * Uncheck the "Use 'LIST -al' command to reveal hidden files" checkbox.
    * Close the Preferences window.

    Then connect to the server and click the Refresh button. Does this solve the problem?

    Thanks,

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks for the followup.

    Sorry for the inconvenience; most servers are compatible with the LIST -al setting, but apparently yours is not.

    Anyway, we're glad to hear it's working now.

    Best,
