  I HAVE DOWNLOADED SOFTWARE BUT WHERE IS THE LOGN PAGE??!!!

  Hi Candace,

  I'm not sure what you mean. When you run Fetch, it should display a New Connection dialog, where you can enter Hostname, Username and Password in order to make a connection to a server. Do you not see that window when you open Fetch?

  What do you see when you open Fetch? Do you see a "Fetch" menu in the menu bar, next to the Apple menu?

  I don't see an apple menu at all. All I see after downloading FETCH are the "Fetch, News, Log and Store" tabs.

  It sounds like you are looking at the Fetch web page in your web browser (http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch).

  If you've downloaded Fetch you should find a file named Fetch_5.7.3.dmg in your Downloads folder. You would open that file in order to install Fetch on your computer.
