i lost my shortcuts with my fetch installation. i dont know hot it happend. all of a sudden they are not visible anymore. if i add a new shortcut, it automatically fills in the password, so i assume it is somewhere. i just dont know where to look. workin on mac os 10.9.5

    Hi,

Do you still see recent connections listed in the Recent Connections sub-menu in the File menu?

    Thanks,

One way to recreate your shortcuts is to connect to those servers (by choosing them from the Remote Connections menu) and then using the New Shortcut… command in the Shortcuts menu.

The other option you might want to explore is that if you have a backup from before your Fetch upgrade we might be able to recover the shortcuts from the backup.

    Thanks,

i didnt loose the shortcuts with a the fetch upgrade.
i think they were gone after i had some issues with my mac, it actually happend twice. but dont ask me what triggerd it. i really couldnt say. the only thing i know ist, that if i enter logininfos, it dont have to enter the password, it is already there...

i actually loaded an old version yesterday from my timemachine, but shortcuts were still gone.

    Hi,

Passwords are stored in the keychain, and it sounds like that wasn't lost. You might be able to recover the lost shortcuts from the com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch.Shortcuts.plist file in your Time Machine backup. Let me know if you'd like help with that.

    Thanks,
