    Hi,

I'd be happy to help. What version of Fetch are you running, and what version of OS X?

    Thanks,

Running the latest version of both, Fetch 5.7 and Mac os 10.12. Since updating to the newest software of fetch I'm not getting the error code now but it still fails to connect to my clients SFTP server

    Hi,

Are you getting an error message? It might help if you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents of the window that appears.

    Thanks,

I still cannot get access to my clients SFTP server. I need some help as I've tried everything I can now

    Hi Jason,

The next step would be to choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after you get the error, and then either post the contents of that window here or send it to me at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback . I'll take a look and see what I can figure out.

    Thanks,

I have also been receiving this error message when attempting to open a particular shortcut. "The action could not be completed because an error has occurred. Mac OS error -2147409622" Assuming that some sort of corruption had occurred I deleted the shortcut, but when trying to create a new shortcut to the same web site, received the same message with a different Moc OS error -67843. If I open another shortcut I get the message "The shortcut cannot be used because an error has occurred (Mac OPS error -67843.)" However I can access the web sites if I use the "New Connection" command. I am using Fetch version 5.3.1 on OS 10.12.1. I have emailed you a transcript.

    Hi Ralph,

I would try Fetch 5.7.5, which you can download from

    http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/latest

Let me know if that does not fix the problem.

    Thanks,

I am also getting this error message when I try to connect.
By some miracle it did connect once and I transferred my files OK. Now when I try to create a short cut, I get the same error message.
I am using the latest version of macOS, Sierra 10.12.3 and downloaded the latest version of Fetch 5.3.1 .

    What should I do ????

    Hello,
I recently upgraded the OS to High Sierra (10.13.2) and now Fetch (5.5.3) gives me a Mac OS error -2307. Is there anything we can do about that. It won't retain my address and password anymore, I have to enter everything manually each time I open it in order for it to work...
    Thanks!

    Hi Lillith,

I recommend downloading Fetch 5.7.7 from http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/latest . Could you let me know if you see any problems with that version?

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews

    Hi Jim,
When I tried to get the Update for Fetch 5.5.7 I got a pop up that said Mac OS error 407. Then I downloaded it from your site, but now I get this pop up The action could not be completed because and error occurred - Mac OS error -2147409622. And Fetch keeps Waiting for password after I have entered it...

I am running Fetch 5.5.7 on High Sierra and just started receiving this message today: The shortcut cannot be used because an error has occurred. (Mac OS error -25293). I cannot get past this error message.

I am unable to create new shortcuts or new connections without getting the same error message. Before today, I was able to use Fetch on High Sierra.

The update to 5.7.7 solved this issue for me.
