    I just upgraded my Operating System from OSX 4 to OSX 5 and when I go to use Fetch the "PUT" screen opens so large that I can not click on the button to activate. I also can not shrink the screen!

    Help!

    Hi,

    I would try the following:

    * Quit Fetch if it is open.
    * Choose "Home" from the Go menu in the Finder.
    * Open the Library folder.
    * Open the Preferences folder.
    * Find the com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch.plist and Fetch Prefs files, and move them to the Desktop. (You may only have one of these two files; that's okay.)

    Then try to run Fetch. Does that fix the problem?

    Note - this will not remove your shortcuts, but it will remove your recent connections. If you have important recent connections, do not put the preferences files in the trash. Let us know and we will help recover them.

    Thanks,

    I found and Fixed the Problem. I closed the Toolbar, and the buttons at the bottom of the Screen were then available. I could then re-Size and reopen the Toolbar.

    Thanks!
