    Can I use FETCH to send a file to be retreaved by a PC user?

    Yes. It will probably help to have a file name suffix (like .doc for an MS Word file, or .xls for an Excel file) since the PC will use that to tell what kind of file it is.

    The usual way to do this would be to have some space on an FTP server where you have write privileges and the recipient has read privileges. So you would put the file there and notify the recipient, who would retrieve it.
