    Hi,

I am just wanting to find out how to make a copy in Fetch of a folder and repaste, the command line equivalent being:

    cp -r Directory Directory1

    Thanks

    Hi,

Unfortunately there is not a direct way to make a duplicate of a folder in the same directory as the original with Fetch.

Here are two ways you could accomplish it, though:

    (1) Copy the folder to a different folder (hold down the Option key while you drag it), rename the copy, and then move it back to the original folder (just drag it). (You may have to open two windows to the same server to accomplish this - Fetch is clever enough to move instead of copy the folder you want to duplicate if you don't hold down the Option key.)

or (2) Make a new folder; Command-double-click on the folder want to duplicate - this will open a new Fetch window showing the contents of that folder; select all the folder contents, hold down the Option key, and drag them to the new folder you created initially.

I hope this helps, let us know if you have more questions. Thanks,
