  Trying to use Fetch after loading and providing serial number. Keep getting subject error message when I attempt to contact a server, any server. MS OS Error -108, Ran out of storage allocation: not enough room in heap zone. What to do?

  Thanks for reporting this problem. Could you send your system.log file to bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com?

  To find the system.log file:

  1) Choose "Go to Folder..." from the Go menu in the Finder
  2) Type "/var/log" (without the quotes) and click OK

  There may be multiple files with names that start with "system.log", such as "system.log.0.gz"; I'm interested in the one named just "system.log".
