My images don't appear when I upload my website (6 posts)

    Hello there,

I uploaded my website using Fetch and when I checked it online, all of the images are missing. I don't understand this because everything works fine on the desktop when I check through the browser. I also checked all my links and they're fine.

I also checked the help section on: Some of my website's links do not work or some of my pictures do not appear.
None of these scenarios apply to my situation.

I'm totally confused and would be so happy if someone could shed some light on this mystery.

    Thanks,

    L

I have uploaded my coffeecup prepared website, using Filezilla, but the images have not uploaded. I have tried everything I can think of, but no images. Can you advise?

    Thanks

    Hi Stuart,

This is a discussion and support forum for Fetch, the Macintosh FTP client. So we are not familiar with using Coffeecup or Filezilla. You may want to try to find support forums for those products or contact Coffeecup's support people.

    Hello and happy new year,

I finally figured out what was going on with my 'lost images'. I moved the folder that my website was in which meant that the 'relative/absolute' links issue became a problem. I had to go through each html document and relink all my images. Simply put, the images were all there but my HTML documents no longer knew where to find them.

    Silly me, my fault.

    Thanks for your kind reply.
