Need to redownload Fetch 5.0 due to hard drive crash (2 posts)

  I need to redownload Fetch 5.0 purchased March of 2007 due to a hard drive crash. How do I do this?

  Hi,

  You can download a new copy of Fetch from our Fetch download page, and then enter your serial number into it.

  Since we have released updates and bugfixes to Fetch, version 5.0 is not available for download anymore - I recommend that you download at least Fetch 5.3.1, which is a free update for you.

  We also have a newer version, Fetch 5.5.2, but that would be a $10 upgrade. You can learn more about what's new in Fetch 5.5 and visit our upgrade page if you want to upgrade.

  If you've forgotten your serial number, please send us an email at serial@fetchsoftworks.com and we'll look it up for you.
