    I need to do this

Set the CHMOD (or Permissions) value to '0777' (drwxrwxrwx).
If your webhost will not allow this, set the CHMOD value to '0755' (-rwxr-xr-x).

    How do I do this??

Select the file in the Fetch file list, and then choose "Set Permissions..." from the Remote menu. Check all the boxes to set 777, all but the Group and Other "Write" boxes for 755. As you check and uncheck boxes Fetch will show you the numeric equivalent.

    Thanks,
