Hi, I am horrible with IT and need to learn fast. I have a client that needs to send me a rather large file, how do I use Fetch to make that happen, what instructions should I give them? Also, I don't want them to be able to see the many files on my FTP server, is there a way to only allow them to see the folder that I want them to drop the files in?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

If you want to set up a special place on your FTP server for clients to upload files to, but not be able to see the rest of your files, you should talk to your hosting provider - the folks who run the server - about setting something like that up. This is not something Fetch can help you do, sorry.

Your clients could then use Fetch to upload files to the server, though.

    Thanks,
