    hello -
we used to have a dial up and had no problems using fetch to update our web site. when I would open fetch, a new connection menu would automatically appear.
we just go DSL on Saturday and now, the new connection menu does not appear (I have to drag down from "file") AND when I enter my info (IP address, user ID, and password) I get the message: "Error. There is no host by that name."

help! our web site is still up and working - I just can't access it!

    thanks -

If you choose Preferences... from the Customize menu, click on the Misc. tab, and check the "Show New Connection dialog at startup" box Fetch should start showing you the New Connection window automatically.

As for the connection problem, could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you get that error message? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to open the Fetch Transcript window.

    Thanks,
