New Folder Doesn't Work (2 posts)

    I tried dragging a folder so I could keep all of my files organized, but when I checked the site online nothing showed up. Is there an extra step I need to take to make the folders work?

    Do you mean that you dragged a folder containing the files that make up your website, but could not view the website in your web browser? If so the problem is that the web server expects your site files to be at the top level, not inside a folder. You can fix that by dragging all the files and folders (instead of dragging the folder that contains them).
