    new mac user.. Connection is timing out using dsl line. Help?

    What are you entering in the Host field? Does anything show up in the Fetch Transcript window (it's listed in the Window menu)?

    Status is disconnected. I entered the address of my ftp server, my user id and my password.

    Actually I was asking for the contents of the Fetch Transcript window. Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after trying to connect to reveal that window. If you'd rather email the contents you can send them to help@fetchsoftworks.com.
