Newly created directory not appearing - cache issue? (3 posts)

Using SSH, I duplicated a directory on my webserver (giving it a new name). I can see the directory fine in SSH and I can see it in other FTP clients. But not in Fetch (my usual FTP client). I'm guessing it might be some kind of cache issue, but I can't figure out how to clear the cache in Fetch (or if there even is one).

Ah, never mind. View > Refresh fixed it.

    Hi John,

I'm glad you found the Refresh command (there's also a little refresh button in the transfer window, above the right side of the file list).

If you don't want Fetch to cache file lists you can check the "Ignore file list cache" box in the Miscellaneous section of Preferences.

    Thanks,
