    I have been uploading with Fetch for sometime now with no problem. Without any real reason, I now have trouble uploading to the server. Upon entering my password, I see the window with the message, Getting File List. After a timeout, a new message appears that directs me to uncheck the Passive Mode, which I do, and still cannot make a connection. I asked another administrator in another district to make a connection and he could do so with no trouble. Why would I just start having a problem out of nowhere, when nothing has changed?

    Hi,

    We're sorry you're having trouble making a connection with Fetch.

    We'd like some more information to help diagnose the problem.

    After you try to connect and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
