I am running 10.2.8 and fetch 4.0.3. When I try downloading a large number of files from my web host it will stop the transfer about half way through all the files with the open transport error. With allow passive transfer checked I can not connect to the server. I also have tried playing with "use internet config" setting with no luck.
Anyone have ideas for a fix for me?

Passive mode is usually more reliable when transfering large numbers of files, but it sounds like this server has a firewall that stops passive mode from working. You could ask the server administrator if there's any chance of changing that. Otherwise you might try the Mirror Folder... command. The advantage of Mirror Folder is that if the transfer fails partway through you can give the same command again and pick up where you left off.

    Thanks,
