  HI,
  I have downloaded trial version 4.03 and 5.

  I get a page that asks for username password. Then I enter it. And an error number-3263 comes up. I am not even allowed access in to fetch at all.

  Please let me know what I can do.

  Hi,

  After you try to connect using Fetch 5 and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them here? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
