    I just downloaded the software and can't even get beyond the basic settings. As instructed by the server, I entered the FTP Server as "ftp-www.earthlink.net", entered my username and password, and got back the message "Error on password: Login incorrect." I know I have the password right!
    Any suggestions? Thanks

    You're entering your Earthlink account name in the User ID field, and your Earthlink password in the Password field?

    If that doesn't work I'm afraid you have to contact Earthlink, since it's their server that is rejecting the login.
