    When I have tried to access my account in Fetch it sends an error message that says the password is incorrect. I have checked the host name, user ID, and password, they are all correct but I am still unable to log on and retreive the documents I have scanned. Is there a file I can check to make sure the user info is still in the system? If so where? I would appreciate any suggestions you might have for me. Thank you

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you dismiss that error? It may contain clues to the problem.
