Hi, right after I have entered my password to make a connection fetch warns me thay unless I disconnect my password will be vulnerable and is not secure. (in preferences I have the warn if password insecure box ticked). Is there anything I can do to remedy this?

You can ask the server administrator whether they support any security options for FTP. That checkbox was meant for special environments (such as universities) that have Kerberos security systems set up, and want their users warned when they don't use those systems. It was not intended for the average Fetch user.

    Thanks,
