PDF's turn blank when uploaded (3 posts)

    I'm having trouble uploading PDF files using Fetch 5.0.2. The files become blank after they are uploaded. I'm running Mac OS 10.4.2 on a G3 iBook. Thanks for any help...

    I solved my own problem by making sure to upload the PDF's as Binary. Fetch was uploading as Text...

    Could you send one of the PDFs that was incorrectly being uploaded as text to bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com? I'd like to figure out why that was happening.
