I'm new to Fetch, and when I try to upload new files to an ftp site, or delete files from that site, I get a 553 error - "permission denied". What does this mean and what do I need to do about it???
    Thank You

Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see the problem? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to reveal the transcript.

    Thanks,

Did the web service provider instruct you to upload files to the directory /home/httpd/html/graphics? If so they may need to change the permissions on that directory to allow your user account to put files there.
