    That's strange. Here are some guesses as to possible causes, but you may need to show the transcript to the web service provider for the real answer.

    One possible cause is that the permissions of your htdocs directory are set up incorrectly, so that even you (the account owner) is not allowed to put files there. The service provider would be able to fix that.

    Another possible cause is that the server may not support file names with upper case letters. That seems unlikely, but you could check by trying to upload the file with a different, all-lower-case name.
