Site I frequently use: Pictage.com, requires that I rename folders to upload with the specific ID # given to a particular client. All of a sudden I am unable to upload or "Put" files, as they are denied permission. Transcript reads:

    Hi,

Just to double-check, you've been able to upload folders named with an ID # before without problems, is that correct?

What happens if you try to upload a folder whose name is just letters, not numbers? (I realize that's not what you need to do ultimately, but it may help us identify the source of the problem.)

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

Good question. I just tried, and the error message is identical. Aargh, frustration.

    Hi,

Okay, so it's any folder you try to upload, regardless of the name.

If this worked with Fetch last week (or the last time you tried it), but not today, the problem is almost certainly on the server end - you should contact the folks who run pictage.com and ask them to look into it.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
