The server is saying that it can't create a directory named "Test File Please Open" at that location. Is it possible that your account does not have the necessary permissions there? Another possibility is that the server does not like names with spaces in them; you might try a name without spaces instead.

    Thanks,

    Thanks Jim

A colleague did speak to the administrator of the server, who said that his ftp would not accept spaces or file names over 8 characters.
