  Hi,
  I do not see the permissions field when I go into Get Info. It's not that it's hidden either. What should I do?

  Do you see the Ownership and Permissions pane if you connect to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave Username and Password blank), select a file, and click Get Info?
