  html files upload without glitch but photo files (jpeg) of 60k -90k in size don't seem to load with 2.6k showing on the upload counter before unsuccessful. Some sort of preference panel for upload file size?

  No, Fetch should support any size files by default.

  Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you see this problem again? That may provide clues.
