Problem accessing hidden FTP Directories (4 posts)

    I can't seem to access hidden directories created by our server administrator. I've been using the DIRECTORIES: Change Directory option, yet keep receiving the message: "server error: the system cannot find the specified file"

    Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you get the error? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to reveal the transcript.

    That transcript does not include the "the system cannot find the specified file" error you reported. Are you still getting that error? If so could you post the complete transcript after you get it?
