Problem with Fetch on Linksys hub (2 posts)

    I have been using Fetch for quite a while, but have installed a Linksys wireless hub for multiple computer connections. This is a 2.4GHz 802.11b model. Working through this hub, I can't get fetch to retrieve/load files through. If I connect my ethernet direct to my Mac, I can once again use Fetch. Any ideas?

    Have you tried changing the setting of the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Preferences? If that doesn't help I'd recommend sending the contents of the transcript window to support@fetchsoftworks.com.
