problem with "set fetch as FTP helper" (2 posts)

    I'm running an iMac DV SE(500mhz) with mac OS X.
    if I set fetch as the FTP helper for Microsoft I.E. or Netscape, it seems to work fine. But, when I start to download a file via FTP, this is what happens:
    the finder switches to Fetch, and it proptly quits(saying: the application "Fetch 4.0.1 unexpectedly quit") without downloading!
    so, very annoyingly, instead of having it download automatically, I have to go into fetch with a new connection, and enter all the information manually.

    This bug has been corrected in Fetch 4.0.2b1, which is available for testing from http://getfetch4.com/Fetch_4.0.2b1.sit

    Let me know if 4.0.2b1 does not correct the problem.
