    Hi Jean,

    If the problem is you have no toolbar with buttons at the top of the Fetch window:

    * Open Fetch.
    * Connect to your server.
    * Go to the View menu, and choose Show Toolbar.

    If the problem is you have a toolbar that contains some buttons, but it doesn't have a Put button, please do this:

    * Open Fetch.
    * Connect to your server.
    * Go to the View menu, and choose Customize Toolbar.
    * This will show you buttons you can add or remove from the toolbar.
    * At the bottom you'll see it says "drag the default set into the toolbar." Click beneath those words and drag the icons up to the toolbar.
    * Click the Done button.
    * You should seen the normal toolbar from now on.

    Please let us know if neither of those helps fix the problem or if you have further questions.

    (And just as an aside: you can also upload files by going to the Remote menu, and choosing Put; or you can just drag files from your Mac to the Fetch window to upload them.)

    Thanks,

    Hi Scott,
    I feel a little foolish never looking up to the top toolbar and poking around. Oh well, I'm an old age pensioner - That's my excuse now for everything.
    Thanks so much for helping so quickly!
