Could it be that you're putting the file in the wrong folder on the server? That's one way that the transfer can succeed without the change being reflected in the website.

I tried that, and I've checked to make sure the information is correct. Now it won't even let me connect, and I've tried FTP, SFTP and teh otehr connections to see if any of them work and they all don't. I know that my user name, password, host and the folder I'm trying to upload to are correct, b/c it's teh exact same information I've used before and I verified it with the school server, but I fon't understand why it won't connect, and why when it did it wouldn't actually upload the files.

Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you try to connect? The transcript may contain clues to what's going wrong.

That transcript shows a successful connection and successful uploads of actives.htm and recruitment.htm. Are you still seeing a problem?

I've used Fetch before, and it used to work perfectly, but that was during my trial period, which expired. So I recently purchased Fetch and attempted to connect using the same information I was using before. It connects fine, and brings up all the files for my website that I'm trying to manage. However, when I "Put" a file, it says it worked, but when I actually check the site, nothing's happened. What am I doing wrong?
