    the server does not believe you have permission to take this action???
    This is a new account , set up by my business associate, I have a Mac..
    Is there some specail seeting my ISP
    is not informing me of ??

    It would be helpful if you could choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you get this error. That information may clarify what is going wrong.
