A site I designed for a friend in iWeb we suddenly discovered does not have the files. And it's gone from the original software and iWeb sucks so they can't retrieve. But, I'm still showing them in the Fetch folder. How can I re-load those files up to GoDaddy.

    Hi Jeff,

Let me make sure I understand your question.

You designed a website for your friend using iWeb, and published the website to a folder, and uploaded it to GoDaddy. And somehow the files are no longer on GoDaddy's server where you put them originally, and you no longer have the website in iWeb, so you cannot publish it to a folder again. Is that all correct?

When you say you're "still showing the files in the Fetch" folder, do you mean you see them in the Fetch file list when you connect to same server you originally uploaded them to, or you found a copy of the files on one server and you want to move them to a different server?

    Thanks,

I found them on the Fetch fils list. And yes, you've got the rest right.

    Hi Jeff,

You should be able to select the files you see in the Fetch file list and download them to a folder on your Macintosh (either by clicking the Get button, or dragging them from the Fetch file list to a folder on your Mac).

Then once they're downloaded, you can upload them to the server you want them to be on.

    Thanks,
