I am sending a link of a .jpeg file to someone and when they receive it, they are asked to type in my password. I don't want that to happen, I want them to be able to automatically download the images. I know there is a setting somewhere but can't remember where. Can you help me with this please?? Pulling my hair out! LOL

    Hi,

Thanks for contacting us, I'd be happy to help.

Could you send me the link that you're sending, the one that is prompting for a password?

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews

    Hi,

It's likely that the resolution to this problem will be specific to your particular web hosting provider and account. I would recommend contacting me at https://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback so we can discuss the particulars.

    Thanks,
