  I have a website with Web.com with a domain name that I want to keep. Recently I built a Shopify estore. The shopify address is not the one I want to use I want to use my Web.com address. I was told that two don't share the same server so I have to use a 'redirect script' so I can direct all customers from my original website to the new estore site. I need help doing this.

  Hi Kathy,

  Sorry, but I'm afraid we aren't the right people to help you with that - we are not experts in website design and maintenance, and writing a "redirect script" is not something our program, Fetch the Macintosh FTP/SFTP client, can help you with. You should ask your hosting provider for help with writing and setting one up, or if they are unable to help you, try to find a forum more geared towards website maintenance.
