I am taking over a web site for an organization and created a new shortcut for the org. When trying to access the account I get "The connection was refused by server." Could it be I have the wrong User ID or Password? If it is I would think I'd get a window saying that instead of refused by server. Help appreciated.

Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window (choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu) after you see the error? It may contain clues to the problem.

    Thanks,

That server -- nsls.nslsilus.org -- apparently does not accept FTP connections. You should contact the server administrator to find out the correct host name to use.
