I'm also having this running dog problem. I can get connected but cannot get files. I've tried suggestions that have been posted: checked PASV in firewall preferences, etc. I did go to my systems preferences, shared folder, firewall as well and it was disabled. Here is my Fetch Transcripts. Hope someone can help.

I'd like to pin down whether this is an issue with your Mac, your server, or both. Could you try connecting to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave the User ID and Password fields blank)? Do you get a file list there with PASV checked, and/or with PASV unchecked?

    Thanks,
