When I connect to my web server using Fetch 4.0 I receive a message, "If you do not disconnect your password will be sent over the network insecurely ..." How can I send my password using Fetch securely and yet not run into difficulty with my remote server?

The typical situation is that you can't; most FTP servers do not support the security options that would keep your password from being sent over the network. Which is why the option to warn you in those cases is turned off by default.

Not for me, for me this warning was defaulted ON!

    4.02 in 10.2.

I wish I could send my password securely to another FTP server also running Jaguar.

Me too. Support for sftp, which would provide that, is planned for the next major release of Fetch.
