    Hi All,

I just purchased fetch, as I was receiving error stating my temp had expired, and the menu selection to enter serial number is grey'd out and NOT selectable.

Is there a formal uninstall of the previous version?

    Any help would be great.

    cheers

    Hi,

    Thanks for purchasing Fetch!

If you used the in-application Purchase command to buy Fetch, your serial number has been automatically entered. That is most likely the reason the "Enter Serial Number" menu item is greyed out.

You can confirm that your serial number is entered by choosing About Fetch from the Fetch menu; you should see your serial number in the About window. If your serial number is displayed, you're all set.

If you don't see your serial number in the About window and the Enter Serial Number menu item is still greyed out, let us know and we'll investigate further.

Uninstalling the previous version shouldn't be necessary (if you have an old copy and a new copy of Fetch on your disk, you can just put the old copy in the Trash to avoid confusion).

    Thanks,
