I have been using Fetch with Mac OSX to successfully upload and download onto an FTP site. The technician of the FTP server recently added a new folder in the folder I normally access. Since then, each time I try to access my folder, I get this error message:
Server response: (filepath info)/:No such file or directory.
The technician suggests it is a "Mac problem" at my end because he has had no problems with PC users accessing the site.
Is there anything I can do from within Fetch to work around whatever changes are preventing my access?

Could you post (or email to support@fetchsoftworks.com) the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you get the error? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu.

    Thanks,
