    JimMatthews,

My associate and I are trying out Fetch for the first time. Hoping to purchase if we can resolve this issue:

I have no problem accessing, uploading, or downloading files. However, when she tries to upload a file she gets a message, "The server does not believe you have permission."

What is this referring to? I have tried to set permission through Fetch but I receive an error that reads: "Server response: UNMASK command not implemented."

Is the fact that I can't set permissions what is preventing her from accessing the server?
Do I have to purchase the software in order to try it out with multi-users? (She has her own username and password for the server, so why is she being denied?!

    thank you in advance.

    Jill

Could your associate choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after she gets that error? That information should clarify what is going on.

    Thanks,
